In 2025, the long-term financing transaction of BRL 4.5 billion for the construction of the Portocem TPP — in which Lakeshore served as New Fortress Energy’s exclusive financial advisor — was recognized as “Power Financing of the Year” at the LatinFinance Project Finance & Infrastructure Awards 2025.
IJGlobal Awards 2024
In 2024, Lakeshore was the exclusive financial advisor to New Fortress Energy in the issuance of a BRL 4.5 billion long-term financing for the construction of the UTE Portocém, a project recognized as the “Power to X Deal of the Year” by the IJGlobal Awards 2024.

In 2024, Lakeshore Partners was awarded “Financial Adviser of the Year – Latin America” by the IJInvestor Awards 2024.
Moreover, the transaction regarding the Porto do Açu BRL 5.8 billion refinancing, in which Lakeshore was the exclusive financial adviser, was awarded “Bond Financing of the Year – Latin America”.
Also, Lakeshore Partners’ asset management division Lake Capital was awarded “Investor of the Year – Latin America”.

In 2022, Lakeshore Partners was the financial advisor to GNA in the raising of BRL 3.9 billion in long-term financing from BNDES, for the TPP GNA II project. This transaction was awarded the “Power Financing of the Year” from the LatinFinance Project Finance & Infrastructure Awards 2023.
